Late Mr. Tatayasaheb Shreemant Ghadge was born on 30th may 1963 in a middle class family at Kalambi village of Satara district in Maharashtra state. From his childhood days he was known to be smart, mischievous child who was indulged in many mischievous activities such as stealing of mangoes from others farms etc. Playing cricket was one of the favorite game because of which his leadership skills got developed. He had completed his primary education at Kalambi village.
But due to financial crisis and a joint family he was not able to get proper education. For secondary education he had to travel 5-6 km/day in the neighboring village, which lead to wastage of time and due which there was no enough time to work for his own farm. Struggling in such situation he passed SSC in 1980 and left the school.
A year after passing matriculation he shifted to Mumbai in the year 1982.He used to stay with his friends and some relatives at Mulund for some time. Being a farmer he was unaware of any other job than farming. Initially, he started working as a painter.He worked as a painter for nearly 3 years. Due to his smiling face and joyful nature he had made lot of friends.During this period, political leader Mr.Balasaheb Thackeray was leading Shivsena party. Tayasaheb Ghadge was impressed with the thoughts of Shivsena leader Mr.Anand Dighe and joined him as Shivsainik.
He successfully leaded many andolanas and morchas. Impressed with his job Shivsena awarded him with the zone leader of Maharashtra Rickshaw Chalak Sena of Mulund region.
At the age of 26 ,on 27th May 1989, he got married to Mrs. Sadhana Barge, daughter of Mr. Murlidhar Ramrao Barge residing at Koregaon at Satara district. After a year, of marriage on 12th July 1990 a baby boy was born who was named as Sagar. He return back to Mumbai with his wife and new born baby and concentrated on his job. In the mean time a second baby name Sarang was born 1st August 1992. He was leading a very happy married life.
After some time he returned to his native to meet his parents and found that there was no longer fun fair celebration in his village which was celebrated every year.He came forward and decided for the fun fair celebration. The decision was taken along with his friends and funfair celebration was announced and was celebrated joyfully. All the villages all together awarded him as a president of village funfair committee.
By the time children were growing up, the owner of one auto rickshaw was then the owner of four rickshaws and also owned a separate home in Mulund region in Mumbai. Year after year children grew up and become an engineer. In his tenure of zone leader he also celebrated festival like Mahashivaratri, Shivjayanti ,Navratri etc.
Because of has joyful nature he was known to be a person with the self respect. After successfully completing the education both the sons are on job.The elder son Sagar is running a hotel at Satara and the younger son Sarang is doing a job in Mumbai.
Everything was going on well, when one day (14th April 2015) suddenly, Sarang the younger son received call from his mom which mentioned that your father is not keeping well. You need to see him soon. When Sarang visited his father he was shocked to see that his father was no more. We have lost a good social worker and emerging sun was set.
